Our Approach
We take a specialized approach to acquiring companies based on the following process and criteria:
- First, does the target acquisition align with our values? This only comes from getting to know you, the owner, and your business. What’s your vision for your exit? Partial? Total? Will you stay on board for a period of time to help manage the transition? Do you wish to maintain some equity in the business? Will you be available as a resource after the transaction?
- When our values and objectives align, we execute an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to keep your company information private, and, you provide us with the necessary financial information for due diligence purposes.
- We submit a Letter of Intent to purchase the business from you, the owner, based on due diligence and financial modelling.
- When our offer is accepted, we use our team of professionals (accountants, lawyers & consultants) to coordinate with you (or your mirror team) to finalize the transaction.
- Typically, we provide the necessary capital to fund and close the transaction through a combination of commercial debt and our network of high net-worth investors.
